For all returned products please contact our customer service for further assistance. You will receive a response within 2-5 business days.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with products purchased at VAXEE.co, you may contact us through our customer service system, and we will assist you fully to complete the return / refund process. Please note that the warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
VAXEE.co provides a 7-day refund or 14-day replacement warranty for all products with the following exceptions listed below:
1、Any product not purchased from VAXEE.co
2、Any product that is no longer in brand new, unopened condition.
3、Any product that shows evidence of attempted tampering or modification.
4、Any product that is returned to Zeustar Inc. without the original packaging, accessories, and all other items enclosed in the exact condition in which they were received.
5、Any products described as "No Return/Exchange" “non-refundable”, “open-box”, “refurbished”, “close-out” at time of purchase.
6、Any product with a missing or altered serial number.
7、Any product that exhibits physical damage either to the product itself or to the original packing material/accessories.
8、Any products subject to wear and tear during normal use (such as mousepads) unless there is a product defect when received
9、Any custom made products unless there is a product defect when received
Processing Time for Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Products returned must be received by Zeustar Inc. within 14 days from your invoice date.
• The customer is responsible for sending the returned products to Zeustar Inc. This includes the cost of shipping.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• Products covered by returned policy may only be returned for replacement of the same item.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• No Return/Exchang Any products subject to wear and tear during normal use (such as mousepads) (custom made products) (KeyCaps)
Cancellation of order BEFORE product is shipped - Refunds will be processed in 1 business day upon receiving your request
Cancellation of order DURING product shipment – Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned package.
Cancellation of order AFTER product is shipped – If package is UNOPENED, we will process your request within 3 business days of receiving the returned package.
Cancellation of order AFTER product is shipped – If package is OPENED, please verify the product is eligible for our return policy and if so, we will process your request within 3 business days of receiving the returned package.
Please verify that your products are eligible for return before requesting a return/exchange.
Products not eligible for return will be shipped back to you, at your own cost.
