We sincerely apologize to inform you that some of the mouse feet in this batch of the NP-01S V3 have experienced curling during transportation.
Although not all units are affected, we are concerned that products currently unaffected may encounter the same issue later. Therefore, before shipment, we will replace all mouse feet with Unusual Way Sports “Magic Ice” skates.
Due to this, the shipping schedule for the NP-01S V3 will be slightly delayed. The official shipping date will be announced separately based on the progress in each region. We would also like to thank Unusual Way Sports for their urgent support.
We are currently investigating the cause of this issue. Until it is fully resolved, the NP-01S V3 will continue to ship with Unusual Way Sports mouse feet.
