Some users who use glass mousepads have reported that the XEv2 is uneven during use. After inspection, we confirmed that this issue does occur on glass surfaces. Although this problem is not noticeable on cloth pads and does not affect general use, VAXEE has decided to initiate a full recall. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

For those returning their mouse, you may choose either a full refund or wait until we have fully resolved the issue with the base and receive a replacement unit. While we hope that all customers will return their units, for those who choose not to exchange or are willing to wait for the replacement, we will include a specially designed PA mousepad (not for sale) as a token of our gratitude and apology.

Xanver is currently on the way to the factory, and we will immediately update everyone if there are any new developments.

Recall Information:
  1. All shipping costs (both ways) will be covered by VAXEE.
  2. For those who do not return the product and agree to wait for a replacement, a PA mousepad will be provided as compensation.
  3. For those who do not wish to receive a replacement, a full refund is available.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will conduct a thorough review and make improvements to deliver better-quality products and become a platform you can trust.
