After ensuring that all tests meet our standards, we are pleased to offer web-based driver support for all users of 4K models equipped with the 3395 sensor—whether you purchased the full 4K version or upgraded using the VXD02 (4K) receiver.
Once you download and update the firmware, you will be able to use the web-based driver for more convenient feature adjustments.
Please note that this firmware update is only compatible with 4K receivers. If you are currently using a 1K receiver, do not proceed with the update, as doing so will cause the mouse to malfunction.
If you're unsure, please check your receiver—only the one shown on the right side of the image, labeled “4K RECEIVER,” supports the web-based driver update.
If you are using a 1K receiver, you can purchase the VXD02 receiver separately to upgrade to 4K and enable web-based driver support.

※Firmware Update Instruction:
Since the indicator lights on the bottom of the mouse behave differently after the update—and the 3395 models use numeric labels on the bottom—we have outlined the changes after the update as follows:
Provides near 0ms button response time, with the original 2ms, 3ms, 4ms, and 8ms options now adjusted to three levels: 0ms, 2ms, and 4ms.
．When the 2ms light is lit, it now represents 0ms
．When the 4ms light is lit, it now represents 2ms
．When the 8ms light is lit, it now represents 4ms
The polling rate adjustment button on the bottom has been updated to remove the 125Hz option and now displays as follows:
．When the 125Hz light is lit, it now represents 500Hz
．When the 500Hz light is lit, it now represents 1000Hz
．When the 1000Hz light is lit, it now represents 2000Hz
．When all three lights are lit simultaneously, it represents 4000Hz
Please make sure to download the firmware that matches your model to avoid installation issues or incorrect functionality after installation.
If the folder path contains non-English characters such as Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, the update program may not open, and the software may not respond when clicked.
If you encounter this issue, please copy the entire update folder to your computer's C drive and run the program again.
