Thank you to all the creators and friends supporting the WINTER24 submission event. Our goal in holding this creator event is to offer VAXEE fans more diverse style options, while also providing a platform for passionate creators to showcase their creativity and earn from their products.
In order to honor the efforts of the creators and the support of those who voted, we will be monitoring irregular votes, including the use of improper software to cast votes or purchasing votes with money. Recently, during our review of the voting process, we discovered some suspicious votes. Therefore, we are announcing that these irregular votes will be deducted to maintain the fairness of the voting process and ensure that the designs truly supported by voters can stand out.
We also urge all creators not to use improper methods to inflate votes, as it goes against the purpose of this event. Moreover, we are well aware that the core goal of the VAXEE platform is to provide high-quality service. Reviewing irregular votes and communicating with creators not only adds to the VAXEE team's workload but may also impact our daily service operations.
Therefore, we will change our previous approach of tolerance, communication, and deducting irregular votes. Going forward, if improper vote inflation is confirmed by the VAXEE team and the creator cannot provide clear evidence, we will directly disqualify them. Our review of the votes is solely based on irregular voting patterns and is not targeted at any specific individuals. Our goal is to live up to the expectations of the creators and supporters who are participating in this event.
