Mr. Prasad Paramajothi was VAXEE’s sales and service partner responsible for the APAC region during the company's early days. This partnership was terminated in February 2023, and the services in the APAC region have not yet been resumed.

Recently, an esports organization believed that Mr. Prasad Paramajothi is a shareholder of VAXEE, entered into a partnership with him, and subsequently encountered a dispute. VAXEE was unaware of this situation until both parties proceeded with legal action, after which the esports organization approached VAXEE for clarification. Therefore, we find it necessary to make the following statement: Mr. Prasad Paramajothi was a partner responsible for the APAC region from 2020 to 2023, but he has never been a member of VAXEE’s shareholders.

In the future, if anyone claims to be a shareholder or an important member of VAXEE and engages in activities unrelated to VAXEE, please contact us for confirmation.

At the same time, there have been recent rumors that VAXEE has been sold to another company. This is also false. Since its establishment, VAXEE has always adhered to its core values, serving those who share the same principles. Throughout this journey, we have strived to maintain transparent communication with everyone. Should the company ever be sold in the future, VAXEE will make a public announcement to inform everyone.
