The Winter24 Global Voting of Anime Category will reopen

We have received concerns from voters in different regions regarding entry #12 in the Anime Category. After communicating with the creator and explaining the situation, unfortunately, the creator was unable to provide more complete layers or proof. Therefore, we have decided to disqualify entry #12.

To ensure fairness, we will reopen the voting for the Anime Category. All current votes will be reset to zero, and we invite everyone to support their favorite works again. The voting period for the Anime Category will be extended until 19:00 PM on October 20, 2024. The Seasonal and other categories will not be affected and will close as originally scheduled, on October 15, 2024, at 19:00 PM.

During the review stage, we will check the layers of each entry one by one. We approach this from a place of trust in the creators and take into account the different creative habits, which is why we do not require the submission of complete layers. However, to avoid future disputes, we encourage creators to preserve as much of their creative process as possible, including details, layers, design sketches, or time-lapse videos of their work. At the same time, we will also be more rigorous in the review stage to provide a more reliable platform for creators and their supporters.
