VAXEE's submission event encouraging creativity has entered its third year since Winter 2022 (Winter 22). We are grateful for the contributions of creators and supporters. For Winter 24, we will categorize the creative themes, hoping to gather more unique and creative works in different styles and genres.
 

Due to the lack of strict theme management in our previous two submission events, some long-time supporters of VAXEE were dissatisfied. Therefore, for Winter 24, the submissions will be divided into three themes: seasonal, anime, and other styles. The goal is to achieve a balance through categorized themes, allowing fans with different preferences to vote and purchase products in the styles they love.
 

Each creator is limited to submitting under one theme. If the submitted work differs significantly from the selected theme, we will contact the creator to adjust the theme. For the works within the three themes, a global online vote will select the two most popular works from each theme, for a total of six, which will be produced as PA-style mousepads. However, if there are too few or too many submissions for any one theme, we may reduce or increase the number of winners accordingly.
 

VAXEE will collaborate with creators to release PA and PA M mousepads for sale on the platform. For each PA mousepad sold, a commission of $1 will be provided to the creator, and for each PA M mousepad sold, a commission of $0.50 will be provided (Note: a 20% income tax will be deducted, meaning the actual earnings per PA sale will be $0.80, and per PA M sale will be $0.40).
 

In addition to the PA version, the top entry from each category will also be released in PE-L and PE-XL versions. For each PE-L or PE-XL mousepad sold, a commission of $1.50 will be provided to the creator (Note: a 20% income tax will be deducted, meaning the actual earnings per sale will be $1.20).

【Creator Submissions】

We understand the effort and dedication that goes into each creation. Due to practical production considerations, we kindly ask creators to carefully read the [Design Specifications] to avoid having their submitted works rejected due to production limitations.

【Theme Descriptions】：

Seasonal

Since the creation and release occur in the fall and winter, elements related to these two seasons, such as scenery, imagery, and concepts, fit this theme.

Anime

The design style leans toward portraying a flat, graphic world, such as in Japanese animation, manga, or game-related styles.

Other Styles

Any designs outside of the seasonal and anime themes fall under other styles, such as illustrations, oil paintings, and other unrestricted themes.

【Online Voting】

Since style preferences are not limited to just one, each person can cast up to two votes for their favorite works. We encourage everyone to actively participate in the voting process and support their favorite works and creators.

Results Announcement: October 16, 2024

The Winter 24 series PA mousepads are expected to be available for sale in mid-November.

Note 1: VAXEE will solely use the quality of the works as the judging criterion and will select multiple entries for online voting based on the quality of the submissions. Works that qualify for online voting will receive two PA mousepads from VAXEE as a gift to the creators after signing the [Designer's Memo].

Note 2: To honor the efforts of all creators, the VAXEE team will continuously monitor the online voting situation. If "abnormal voting" occurs during the voting period, we will deduct the "abnormal votes" to restore the normal vote count. We also ask voters not to use vote manipulation software.
