VAXEE 4K (XE Wireless, NP Series/AX Wireless) Firmware Optimization Update

In the VAXEE XE-S Wireless video introduction released last month, we mentioned optimizing wireless transmission to reduce latency for better responsiveness and enhance interference resistance. We understand that many users might prefer the design of older models. Therefore, we have implemented these wireless transmission optimizations into the older models as well, providing the same wireless performance for users of XE Wireless, NP Series, and AX Wireless as in the XE-S Wireless.

Additionally, we received feedback from users that the side buttons on older models could not be used in wireless mode on MacOS. This firmware update also addresses and fixes this issue.


XE Wireless 4K v3 24.06.07 Firmware Update：
  • Optimizing wireless transmission to provide better responsiveness and enhance interference resistance.
  • Resolved the issue of side buttons not working in wireless mode on MacOS.
All other functions and settings remain unchanged.

Applicable Model: VAXEE XE Wireless
Note: Receiver firmware needs to be updated. Please follow the instructions step by step to update the firmware.

This firmware version does not support the VXD01 1K receiver. If you are using the 1K version wireless mouse, please do not install this firmware.


NP-AX Wireless 4K v3 24.06.07 Firmware Update：

  • Resolved the issue of side buttons not working in wireless mode on MacOS.
