Since the winter of 2022 (Winter22), VAXEE has been running a creative submission campaign, which has yielded numerous innovative, unique, and rich works. VAXEE is honored to collaborate with these outstanding creators to launch PA mousepads in different styles. Creators also receive tangible rewards for their creations. In addition to expressing our gratitude to them, we also hope to lead everyone in reviewing these works.



Furthermore, we would like to express our gratitude to all the other creators who participated in the submissions. Although they may not have advanced to the final stage, their contributions have enabled us to continue hosting submission campaigns, indirectly inspiring more creators to join. We are eagerly looking forward to seeing everyone's works again in Summer 24!

The submission content for Summer 24 remains the same as Winter 23. Although the products will be launched in summer, the design styles are not limited to summer themes. By "summer," we define it as products produced during the seasonal period. We aim to provide a more diverse and open theme, expecting to stimulate even richer creative content.

Based on past experiences, everyone has different preferences for their favorite styles. Therefore, for Summer 24, there will also be a global online voting process. The top 3 ranked submissions will be selected by VAXEE to collaborate with the creators for the production of PA mousepads to be sold on the platform. For each pad sold, $1 commission will be provided to the creator (Note: 20% income tax will be deducted, resulting in an actual payment of US$0.8 per pad sold).

Below are detailed explanations for the "Creator Submission" and "Online Voting":

【Creator Submission】

We understand the dedication put into each creation. Due to practical production considerations, we urge creators to carefully read the "Design Draft Specifications" to avoid submitting works that cannot be mass-produced.

Submission Period: From March 13, 2024, to 19:00 PM on March 31, 2024. (PDT)

【Online Voting】

Due to diverse style preferences, each individual can vote for up to 2 favorite works. We encourage everyone to actively participate in voting and support their preferred works and creators.

Online Voting: From April 3, 2024, to 19:00 PM on April 16, 2024. (PDT)
Results Announcement: April 17, 2024.

Note: VAXEE solely judges submissions based on the quality of the works. Depending on the quality of the submissions, 10 or more works may be selected for online voting. For works selected for online voting, VAXEE will produce 2 PA mousepads for the creator after signing the "Designer’s Memo."

Note: In order to honor the efforts of all creators, the VAXEE team will continuously monitor the online voting process. In the event of "abnormal voting" during the voting period, we will deduct the "abnormal votes'' to restore normalcy. We also kindly request that friends voting refrain from using vote manipulation software.

The Summer24 series of PA mousepads is scheduled to be available for purchase in mid-May.

【Summer24 Creator Earnings】

For each piece of the Summer24 series sold, a commission of $1 is provided to the creator (after deducting 20% income tax, resulting in $0.8 per pad sold). After both parties sign the contract, sales figures for the previous month will be notified via email at the beginning of each month. After the creator confirms, payment will be remitted in USD to the designated account specified in the contract, and proof of withholding tax will be provided via email.

Note: The purpose of the submission campaign is to encourage creators. If too many disputes arise, contradicting our aim to encourage creators, we reserve the right to cancel the event.
