Explanation of PA Lemonade and Nusi Production Plan Adjustment

During the Summer 23 submission and online voting phase, there was a close margin in the votes for the top three designs, and many friends expressed their liking for the Lemonade and Nusi designs. We considered factors such as production capacity and the desire to provide more diverse choices for VAXEE supporters. Therefore, we decided to introduce these two designs in limited quantities.

However, after the official launch, the demand for these two designs exceeded our expectations. We also noticed instances of high-priced reselling, which meant that friends who liked Lemonade and Nusi had to pay unreasonable prices to purchase the products. This clearly contradicted the initial purpose of VAXEE's establishment as an e-commerce platform. When conflicts arise between certain events and meeting the needs of our supporters, VAXEE will always prioritize satisfying our supporters within our capabilities. After communicating with the creators and obtaining their agreement, and discussing production capacity with the production department, we have decided to increase the production of the Lemonade and Nusi mousepads.

Due to the simultaneous production of mouse quality checks and mousepads, our production capacity is somewhat limited. We will begin replenishing in small batches in mid-June. Since these will be small replenishments, if we only canceled the limited edition and extended sales for an additional month, there is still a possibility of high-priced reselling due to the limited quantities in each replenishment. Therefore, we have decided to change our limited edition decision and extend the sales period to three months, matching the duration of Summer 23. We will continue to offer ID customization services exclusively for Summer 23. For friends who like the Lemonade and Nusi designs, please wait a little longer and refrain from purchasing products at unreasonable prices.

We understand that some friends may have questions about these changes. However, we are fully aware that your support is the primary reason for VAXEE's stability in the market. Therefore, in addition to providing excellent service, we will continuously strive to improve quality and meet the demands of our VAXEE supporters to the best of our abilities.
