New VAXEE PA versions & Multilingual option for Custom ID Mousepads

We have continually been thinking about improving the custom ID service and since we released the custom ID Winter21 and Summer22 PA mousepads as regularly available items, we have seen a further increase in demand. 

Since the launch of our custom ID service, we have received requests from friends around the world for custom ID’s in languages other than English. We were not able to provide such a service in the past due to the lack of support on the website. We have now decided to use Google’s form system to fulfill your language needs.

We are unable to provide all languages as it would affect our production capacity. At this stage, only languages in regions where VAXEE is currently providing service are available. The details of the supported languages are listed below.

In addition, we are also launching three new styles of the VAXEE PA mousepad to satisfy everyone’s different style preferences. The first is the VAXEE PA "Funspark v2" which is the second version from our partnership with the event organizer Funspark. Part of the proceeds will be used to support the development of the CS:GO community.


The next two are the VAXEE PA "O22" (Orange) and the VAXEE PA "B22" (Blue) for those that want to color match their desktop. These three styles will officially launch on the VAXEE platform on September 15, 2022.


In order to avoid repeated purchases that cause unnecessary waste, friends who have ordered Custom ID versions after August 29, 2022 and before September 14, will be allowed a one-time ID modification and / or change to one of the newly launched designs. Any change requests made after the 15th of September will not be accepted. Due to the short notice period, we will be sending emails to all friends who have ordered Custom ID pads during the above mentioned period. If you have placed a Custom ID order and want to make a change, please fill out the form and send it back to us. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team. We look forward to serving you.

Steps:
1. Go to the VAXEE platform to complete your Custom ID order (Payment must be made to complete the order)

2. If you need to change the ID to a language other than English, go to the Google form after placing the order and input your ID in the desired language. Please note that this must be done within 24 hours of placing your order. Due to the limitations of font recognition, only English can be mixed with other languages. Please refer to the table below.
