Discontinuation of the ZYGEN Mousepads

Following the passing of ZYGEN founder Junya "noppo" Taniguchi, VAXEE removed the ZYGEN logo from our mice and their packaging. However, we retained the original artwork on the mousepads, as we regarded ZYGEN as both the product name and an integral part of the design.
 
As we approach the first anniversary of noppo's passing, VAXEE believes it is no longer right to continue producing the PA ZYGEN simply to preserve the integrity of its original design. Therefore, we have decided to discontinue its production, effective immediately.
 
The PA ZYGEN has been VAXEE's best-selling mousepad since our founding, and we understand that discontinuing this product is a difficult decision for both us and everyone who has appreciated its design.

Recently, we have begun discussions with noppo's family regarding the future direction and development of the ZYGEN brand. If noppo's family wishes to continue carrying forward and further developing the ZYGEN brand in the future, VAXEE will be glad to offer our support where possible.

Once the remaining inventory of the PA ZYGEN has been sold out in each region, the product will be discontinued and will not be restocked. Should there be any future products created in collaboration with the ZYGEN brand, we will announce them to everyone at the earliest opportunity.
