Here is an update on the current progress.
The issue of the uneven base has been resolved through modifications to the bottom shell mold. At the same time, VAXEE’s quality control team is continuing thorough inspections at the factory to ensure the issue does not happen again.

We plan to begin sending replacement XEv2 units to affected customers in early June and expect to resume sales in mid-June.
Actual replacement and restock dates may vary by region depending on shipping conditions.
