The VAXEE platform is about to enter its fifth year. Thanks to the support and assistance of many friends, we have the opportunity to continue serving everyone. Due to our commitment to the quality of our products and services, we have chosen not to list our items on other e-commerce platforms or physical channels. Instead, we sell exclusively on the VAXEE platform, where we can ensure direct service to every consumer. As a result, we are unable to provide free shipping like other large e-commerce platforms; otherwise, VAXEE would not be able to survive.

With the support of everyone over the years, we have not only continued to develop products but have also gradually gained the ability to give back a little more to VAXEE supporters. Therefore, we are launching a two-month trial operation of free shipping on qualifying orders.

Why is this a trial operation? Because VAXEE is still not strong enough. We take full responsibility for any product issues or refunds for those who choose to return items. However, free shipping may attract some individuals who see it as a free trial. If the number of such individuals becomes too high, VAXEE will not be able to sustain this. We may have to suspend this activity for certain regions or altogether. If, after two months, the situation remains within a manageable range, the free shipping promotion will continue. Although we are aware of the risks, we still choose to trust that VAXEE supporters are high-quality consumers.

We must first apologize to our friends in Canada. As those in Canada know, the shipping costs from California to Canada are quite high, exceeding what we can afford. Therefore, we are unable to offer this promotion to our Canadian friends at this time. We will continue to work hard and hope to have good staff in Canada to establish a presence there in the future.
