Apologies to our friends in North America. While VAXEE is expanding its mouse trial program to other regions, allowing for free shipping and deposit-free 7-day trials through online applications, we regret to inform you that we are temporarily unable to offer this service in the North American region. Over the past year, we have experienced a high rate of package loss during shipment. Although these losses are unrelated to the support from our friends, they have resulted in significant losses for us. Therefore, until we find a solution, we are temporarily suspending the VAXEE mouse trial program service in North America. We hope to resume serving our friends in North America who support VAXEE as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize to our friends in the North American region for any inconvenience caused.
