Since we introduced a free shipping trial for orders above a certain amount in October, our costs have increased significantly, and the return rate has also surged.
In regions with higher shipping expenses, we are now operating at a loss.
If we continue this free shipping policy, these regions will face serious challenges to remain sustainable.

However, we will maintain the policy until November 30.
We apologize for any inconvenience and will reconsider implementing free shipping again once VAXEE has grown stronger and more capable of supporting it.
